First of all, We explain here that the call center business is totally exempt form Income Tax in Pakistan, if call center is providing services to international clients for the generation of foreign Exchange in Pakistan and payment coming through proper banking channel as described by the State bank of Pakistan(SBP) and Federal Board of Revenue(FBR). Call Center Registration in Pakistan is very important / compulsory for new call center set up. Furthermore, the Government of Pakistan doesn’t allow to to any company / firm to start call center business in Pakistan without getting a valid call center registration in Pakistan / Call Center License Registration. Hence, it is mandatory only registered business or companies can apply for Call center registration in Pakistan, because, unregistered businesses are not welcomed in anywhere in the world, due to this, Govt. of Pakistan has restricted call center business, who runs without registration since couple of years back . Sole proprietorship or single owned business individual are not allowed to apply call center registration in Pakistan. PSEB offers services to register outbound call center and inbound call center registration in Pakistan.
