First of all, We explain here that the call center business is totally exempt form Income Tax in Pakistan, if call center is providing services to international clients for the generation of foreign Exchange in Pakistan and payment coming through proper banking channel as described by the State bank of Pakistan(SBP) and Federal Board of Revenue(FBR).
