A person who has filed a return as per mandatory requirement under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 for the tax year then person’s name shall be included in active taxpayer list. The Board will publish active taxpayer list comprising persons who meet the criteria as laid down under sub-rule (4) and will be made available on the board’s web portal.
