SECP Form A & Form 29

For every company which is registered with securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under companies Act 2017, needs to submit annually SECP form 29 & Form A, which is also know as statutory Return of SECP. Form 29 & Form A is mandatory for every company, to submit within the time as mentioned in Companies Act 2017 and the last date normally is October 28th of every year. If these forms didnot submit on time, SECP impose penalty / fine for late filing of returns.
