A non-governmental organization (NGO) or non-profit organization (NPO) is any non-profit, voluntary citizens’ group which is organized on a local, national or international level. Furthermore, here explains the procedure of NGO registration in Pakistan.

Requirements for registration of NGO in Pakistan.
Following are main requirements of registration of NGO in Pakistan.
- Name of NGO
- Address of NGO
- Copy of CNIC of at least 7 Members (CNIC must be valid)
- Proof of land (copy of property ownership) or rent agreement and CNIC copy of land lord.
Rent Agreement must be certified from Local Police station - Memorandum and articles of NGO
- Bank Accounts of member
- NTN number of member
- Affidavit from members
